GILA senior Isaac McElwee performs at January’s Open Mic Night.

The first Open Mic Night of the year presented singing, guitars, percussion, and poetry in the GILA student union building on Thursday, Jan. 29.

The full house had a great time listening to the students sing recorded and original music. Open Mic Night is a production of the Ptarmigan Hall Music and Arts program under the direction of Karrie Pavish Anderson.

The next Open Mic Night is 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19 in the GILA student union building.
