There are two planned theater plays for the spring semester of 2018-19.

One of the planned plays is the dinner theater, which is going to be one act and probably a murder mystery. Its planned to be March 15-16. This play is going to be a fundraiser for the  2019 Prom and the theater program.

Mrs. Casey is planning a play for the second week of May. This play is planned to be a comedy but still no ideas what it is going to be about. Mrs. Casey is planning on a play that is going to be based on the book “Mouse that roared” or “Clue.”.

Mrs. Casey is hoping that her speech class is willing to do a performance for an act or some skits.

Mrs Casey is thankful for people who came to the first play, appreciates those who supported. “Theater requires creativity. There are a lot of talented students. Theater takes a lot of commitment.” Mrs. Casey is excited on what the students are going to do next.

Mrs. Casey’s goal is that the theater students will be able  to compete in February at the state drama competition. Mrs. Casey wants to go there and win. “I know that there is talent here, the kids can win.” she said.
