Galena girls split series with Nome on Friday
The Galena Junior Varsity Lady Hawks fought a very physical contest tonight, with a lot of spills and falls and scrambles for the ball, but lost to the visiting Nome Lady Nanooks 30-39.

The Galena Lady Hawks beat the visiting Nome Lady Nanooks 57-27, but the Lady Hawks junior varsity team fought a hard physical contest and lost to the Nome counterparts 30-39.
